Lately we’ve been getting a little sad about leaving Germany, so we’ve stepped up our travel plans a bit to make sure we aren’t missing out on anything. Which seems like a good idea in theory.

Well, Germany’s new legislature is in session and they’ve immediately jumped to the most critical, pressing issues facing society. They’re trying to eliminate the changing of the clocks and keep daylight savings time all year ’round. Personally, I prefer the summer time and I think most other people do as well.

Germany is famous for a few things: concentration camps, grumpy people, bratwurst, and beer. I’ve experienced the grumpy people and beer part the most.
